Description

We are the principal supplier of water and wastewater services to over 2 million people across Western Australia. We are owned by the State Government, accountable to the Minister for Water.

Our purpose is to provide sustainable management of water services to make Western Australia a great place to live and invest.

Offer Details & Terms and Conditions

WA Seniors Card members receive up to 25% rebate off your water service charges. The rebate is limited to a maximum cap of $100 for customers who hold a WA Seniors Card only. The water service charge rebate is divided into three caps for each service:

  • Water service charges – $18.14
  • Wastewater service charges – $72.69
  • Drainage service charges – $9.17

    • WA Seniors Card members with a Commonwealth Seniors Health Card can receive a rebate of up to 50%. The rebate is limited to a maximum cap of $600.
